JOB DESCRIPTIONS:
Our client is urgently looking for the qualified Grade C Security Officer to start working ASAP. Fidelity Services Group requires the services of reputable Grade C Security Officer. You may apply before deadline in case you are interested and have required qualifications as short-listed below.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
The applicant wishing to apply for this job must meet the following qualifications;
- Must have Valid Psira certificate
- Must have Previous experience in security
REQUIRED SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES:
The applicant must have the following skills and competences
- Must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Must have ability to remain calm and composed in stressful situations
- Must have strong problem-solving skills
- Must have basic computer skills
- Must have ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Must be able to pass a background check and drug test
- Must have physical ability to stand, walk, and lift objects up to 50 lbs.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
The successful candidate will have to implement the following duties but not limited to:
- To patrol designated areas to ensure the security of the premises
- To monitor surveillance cameras and security systems
- To respond to alarms and investigate disturbances
- To enforce company policies and procedures
- To provide a visible presence to deter criminal activity
- To report any suspicious or unusual activities to management
- To record and report any security incidents or breaches
- To assist employees or customers with security concerns
- To conduct security checks of visitors, vehicles, and packages
- To respond to emergencies and provide first aid if necessary
