JOB DESCRIPTIONS:
Our client is urgently looking for the qualified Cashier to start working ASAP. Food Lover’s requires the services of reputable Cashier. You may apply before deadline in case you are interested and have required qualifications as short-listed below.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
The applicant wishing to apply for this job must meet the following qualifications;
- Must have Grade 12.
REQUIRED SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES:
The applicant must have the following skills and competences
- Must have Experience as Cashier
- Must live within 20km from job
- Must have clear criminal record.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
The successful candidate will have to implement the following duties but not limited to:
- To operate an electronic point of sale with a scale attached
- To accurately and efficiently ring up all products that the customer is purchasing and ensure the correct amount of change is given
- To accurately maintain all payment methods ensuring a balanced cash up
- To maintain a clean and hygienic till area
- To maintain a positive attitude and provide each customer with exceptional and friendly customer service
- To maintain solid knowledge of products on sale as well as product codes
- To maintain awareness of all promotions and advertisements
- To maintain strong communication and time management skills
- To work efficiently, especially during busy periods.
