JOB DESCRIPTIONS:
Our client is urgently looking for the qualified Cleaning Supervisor to start working ASAP. Tsebo Solutions Group requires the services of reputable Cleaning Supervisor. You may apply before deadline in case you are interested and have required qualifications as short-listed below.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
The applicant wishing to apply for this job must meet the following qualifications;
- Must have Grade 12 or relevant experience.
- Must have minimum 2 years cleaning supervisory experience gained in the healthcare/hospitality industries.
- Must have experience in health and safety standards and management.
REQUIRED SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES:
The applicant must have the following skills and competences
- Must have understanding of cleaning principles and knowledge of company policies and procedures.
- Must have strong people skills.
- Must have strong communication skills.
- Must be able to work independently and under pressure.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
The successful candidate will have to implement the following duties but not limited to:
- To ensure work schedules/job cards are in place for each position and relevant to site.
- To ensure consistently high service standards are maintained for all services in scope with regular inspections.
- To ensure that staff are correctly and smartly dressed displaying a name badge.
- Highlight to sites the importance of upholding the company image at all times.
- To ensure that cleaning methodology are strictly adhered to in line with company policies, quality programmes and legislation.
- Managing company assets by performing monthly spot checks on high value items.
- When checking assets to ensure that equipment is kept in a good condition and repaired and serviced when required.
- To do daily checks and follow-ups.
- To report maintenance and safety concerns to the manager on a day to day bases.
- To maintain personal health, hygiene and professional appearance.
