Responsibilities
- Execute all point-of-sale (POS) activities accurately and efficiently.
- Process transactions with precision, including scanning products, handling cash, and processing clubcard rewards.
- Ensure safe cash handling at all times.
- Promote and enroll customers for the Clicks Clubcard to meet participation targets.
- Inform customers about promotions to drive sales and enhance their shopping experience.
- Provide professional, friendly, and visible customer service as a brand ambassador.
- Carry out merchandising and housekeeping tasks in line with store and visual merchandising standards.
- Support the company’s goal of being the preferred health and beauty retailer by living its values.
- Stay informed about products, promotions, and events to provide accurate customer guidance.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Basic mathematical calculations.
- Retail/FMCG background with knowledge of merchandising and promotions.
- Understanding of stock management processes.
- Principles of customer service excellence.
