Responsibilities
- Report to the Executive Chairman on all matters and obtain approval before committing to any transactions.
- Maintain all records and archives, ensuring confidentiality and easy retrieval in accordance with business and legal requirements.
- Ensure compliance with tax laws, VAT, NIS, PAYE, and other legal obligations.
- Act within approved authority limits and report any breaches to the Executive Chairman.
- Supervise the team to ensure timely and efficient execution of duties.
- Develop and enforce administrative policies and procedures.
- Manage office supplies and equipment effectively.
- Schedule and coordinate Board meetings, ensuring accurate documentation.
- Provide logistical support for meetings with stakeholders.
- Facilitate the maintenance of Human Resource records.
- Monitor and ensure timely completion of financial statements and budgets.
- Oversee accounting activities to ensure compliance with standards.
- Collaborate with Auditors to meet reporting deadlines.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or equivalent.
- ACCA Level 2 or equivalent professional accounting certification.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially MS Excel.
- Minimum of seven (7) years of experience in a similar role.
- Proficiency in accounting software and databases.
